Alright, now we're just waiting on Andrew, the server won't let me drop him until 48 hours after the invite, so if that time comes and goes, we'll get this thing started with 4 players

Well, I saw Andrew tonight (hadn't seen him since Sunday except for 5 minutes). I didn't know he still hadn't responded, but I'll ask him next time I see him.
My guess is that he's pretty busy and might hold the game up should he accept, but that's for him to decide.
